  1. How is my order shipped?

 

Shop Barrett-Jackson ships all domestic packages exclusively via USPS. All Next Day, 2 & 3 Day Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Delivery is not available for APO and FPO mailing addresses.  For International Shipping details, please go to Line 4.

 

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

 

All domestic orders on Shop Barrett-Jackson may take up to 2 business days to process (Monday-Friday). Orders may be slightly delayed (additional 24-48 hours) during auction events. Shop Barrett-Jackson bases estimated domestic delivery time on this UPS delivery map:

  1. US Shipping

 

Shop Barrett-Jackson calculates shipping and handling costs based on negotiated USPS rates from our main warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.

 

For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 5pm ET. Overnight orders placed after 5pm ETon Friday and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

 

  1. International Shipping

 

Shop Barrett-Jackson calculates international shipping and handling costs based on negotiated USPS Priority Mail International rates from our main warehouse in Phoenix, AZ.  Although rare, any additional tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. that your country may impose are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

International orders are processed once a week and are shipped out on Fridays.  Delivery times vary based on country/location; USPS estimates 6 to 10 business days for international delivery.

 

  1. What is your Return Policy?

 

The Shop Barrett-Jackson will accept returns of online purchases up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Clothing/Hats must be unworn and have the original tags still on the garment.  Novelties and CDs/DVDs must be retuned unopened. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  1. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

 

If any package or items appear to have been damaged in transit, please send the item(s) in question back First Class mail or USPS to the address below.   1. How long does it take to receive a refund?

 

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been received, it can take up to 7 business days to be processed. Once processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.
